On-site PROGRAM PRICING
Single Program
>> $16 per student
>> 1 free adult (teacher/chaperone) per 10 students
>> $20 per each additional adult
>> $150 minimum per single program
>> Scholarship funds available for Title I Schools
Double Program
>> $28 per student
>> 1 free adult per 10 students
>> Each additional adult (teacher/chaperone): $28 each
>> $275 minimum per double program
POND, RIVER CANOE & PROJECT H20 PROGRAMS
>> $30 per student
>> 1 free adult per 15 students
>> Each additional adult (teacher/chaperone): $30 each
>> $300 minimum (10 students) per canoe program
Additional On-Site Pricing Information
>> Deposit is required to secure your date. Deposit amount will be $150 or 25% of total program cost, whichever is greater. Deposit is due 2 weeks from booking date.
>> Remaining balance to be paid on day of program to our Scheduling Office from the Lead Teacher only. We cannot accept individual payment from chaperones.
>> The maximum number of participants is 150 per time slot for onsite programs. *
* The maximum number of participants is 60 per time slot for StarLab programs.
Scheduling, Reservations, and Chaperone Requirements
>> Reservations are taken year-round by email at scheduling@chattnaturecenter.org, by phone (770.992.2055 ext. 237), or by completing the inquiry form below, on a first-come, first-served basis. Schedule early to ensure the dates of your choice.
>> Cancellations and requests to reschedule must be received no fewer than 15 business days from the date of your scheduled trip. Cancellations made with less than 15 business days’ notice will result in forfeiture of deposit.
>> We require 1 school staff person per 25 students.
>> For pond canoe programs, participants must be at least 13 years old to paddle on their own. Any participants under the age of 13 must have an adult (18+) in the boat with them. See above for maximum participants allowed for pond canoe programs.
>> For river canoe programs, participants must be at least 16 years old to paddle on their own. Any participants under the age of 16 must have an adult (18+) in the boat with them. See above for maximum participants allowed for pond canoe programs. (Middle and High School Only)
>> Canoe programs cannot be combined with any other program to make a double program.

$300 for the first program, $140 for each additional program
Auditorium Programs

2 Animal Programs
>> $415 for the first program, $300 for each additional program
3 Animal Programs
>> $500 for the first program, $350 for each additional program
StarLab Programs
60 minutes
Large StarLab
>> 50 students maximum
>> $415 for the first program, $300 for each additional program
Standard StarLab
>> 25 students maximum
>> $300 for the first program, $140 for each additional program
Festival Programs
On the Road with Reptiles, tabling events
>> $250 for the first hour, $125 for each additional hour
ADDITIONAL OUTREACH PRICING INFORMATION

No travel fee for programs within 20 miles of CNC

NOTE: Audience limits are set to ensure an optimal experience for every student participant. Audience size may not exceed the published limits without permission of the Chattahoochee Nature Center. Audiences who do exceed the published limits will incur additional session fees. Please contact us if you have any questions about our policies.
