There's nothing else like it! More than a museum or science center, the New Discovery Center is a portal of information to the Chattahoochee River Watershed. The new Discovery Center goes one step beyond interpreting the watershed, we immerse you in it. From the Forests to the wetlands to the river, visitors discover what makes the Chattahoochee River Watershed so unique. More importantly, the new center helps visitors find their way to more adventures and ultimately how to become a part of this amazing environment.

More than exciting exhibits - The new Discovery Center is the place for the community to connect to the river that sustains the Atlanta metro area! Designed to encourage visitors to stop and share their experiences, gathering areas, lush new gardens and terraces abound and are perfect for visiting, artwork or reflection. The new Nature Exchange offers a dynamic environment to share nature collections with other nature enthusiasts. The Chattahoochee River Resource Gallery challenges visitors to think critically about how they interact with the watershed and foster discussion on how we can all take part.
