Get yourself geared-up for a family treat and special day of fun!
Come and learn the basics of canoeing - the parts of the boat, the correct way to enter and exit, paddling strokes, as well as basic safety procedures. Then practice what you have learned on CNC's Beaver Pond.
Canoe Guides are all CPR/First Aid Certified and are experienced paddlers and naturalists. Don't worry if you are new to canoeing - CNC provides all equipment (canoe, paddles, and personal flotation device (PFDs)) for participants.
This program is suitable for beginning paddlers (ages 5 and up.)

- May: Saturday, May 15 and Sunday May 23 from 12:30 AM – 2:00 PM
- June: Sunday, June 13 and Saturday, June 26 from 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
- July: Sunday, July 11 and Saturday, July 24 from 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
- August: Saturday, August 14 and Sunday, August 29 from 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM

- $15 Non-Members/$10 Members (price per person); To receive the member rate you must join at the family level or higher.) Book a third seat in a canoe for ˝ off!
- Each Canoe Day can accommodate between 18 - 29 participants
